Building Project Progresses

We are happy to report that renovation plans for Next Step's Curtis Street building havd been submitted to the Oakland City Planning Department.  When approved, these plans will result in interior renovations that will provide a large "community" space as well as seismic retrofits and roof modifications to improve drainage.  The Next Step in the project will be to submit plans for connecting the Curtis Street site with the newly acquired home at 840 22nd Street.  Stay tuned for more news!
