Program Assistant Peggy Presley and a group of Next Step Learning Center program participants joined hundreds of Oakland residents at Oakland City Center today.  Keynote speaker was Joseph E. Marshall Jr., co-founder and Executive Director of the Omega Boys Club/Street Soldiers.  Oakland youth from various schools performed in song, speech and drama.
